internal domestic/economic problems, the death of Soleimani probably sucks much of the energy and budget out of their foreign action programs.

Iran is afraid of us when they think we are tired of their nonsense and focusing attention on them, they may make some face saving noise, some saber rattling, and then let things settle down a bit.
