This is really what it's all about. It doesn't matter why she had to leave. She's 8.5 month's pregnant. There are numerous reasons for why she might have left. The point is, he has no empathy for anyone, least of all a pregnant woman, because he thinks that kind of thing is "disgusting".

He is such a fucking asshole! God, I hate him so much!
