2. A Reasonable Hope

This isn't 1918, and 6+ months could allow medical researchers to get a better handle on this than with the Spanish Flu. We have over 100 years of medical advancement in our favor.
I could be off base, which is why I used "hope" in my title.
But, seems to me 100 years is a very big number with regard to treating illness and infection.
