"As to the 4 cases, they quarantined them & families immediately (before knowing they were positive), and began contact tracing in an attempt to contain the virus."
That's untrue.
6 UH staff under home quarantine after coming in close contact with COVID-19 patients
CLEVELAND Six employees from University Hospitals are under self-quarantine after coming in close contact with the three patients in Cuyahoga County who are confirmed to have coronavirus (COVID-19).
According to a news release from UH, the employees are being monitored by the Ohio Department of Health as well as the Cuyahoga County Board of health. Their tests are currently pending.
None of the employees have been hospitalized.
The hospital said that three patients went to their primary care physician at UH and were screened via COVID-19 protocol. From there, the patients were then sent to the emergency room where they were examined by hospital staff wearing eye protection, gowns, gloves and N95 masks in a negative pressure room.
The hospital said it was unable to provide additional information due to patient confidentiality.

Knowing many family and friends that work at the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals and Metro Health Hospital, they all tell me differently as to how well the governor is doing. I have more trust in them.
When he visited MetroHealth to tell the staff of his preparedness plan, many told me they were shocked as through all the fluff, he kept saying:
"To combat the threat of coronavirus, the state will post information about hand washing in all state rest areas. Health officials believe hand washing is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of the disease."

The Ohio COVID-19 website came under scrutiny as it was only updating twice a week, I don't know if that's changed.

A COVID-19 call center was established (which is/was a good idea) but the panicked public can't seem to get much information, other than a busy signal. Hopefully, they hire more educated people to help with this call center. This is beneficial.

As for him calling for restrictions on nursing home visits and banning large gatherings today was due to the WHO finally declaring a pandemic. When we all read of what was going on in Washington nursing homes (for how long now) is when he should've acted appropriately. He did not.
The only thing I've seen (and heard health workers discussing) that was a "positive" was declaring a state of emergency when he did.
Sorry, no one here that I know of thinks he has a wonderful preparedness plan, nor do I.
