2. Why not test asymptomatic? I mean other than that we don't have the kits. We need to test

certain asymptomatic groups, such as health workers, people in care homes, people still in the community interfacing with larger groups of people so we can isolate them to stop the spread. We do not need to hospitalize them. We can find places where they can get basic care and monitoring and shelter—dormitories and other unused facilities.
