I would take a good long look at what really is essential to your existence right now and if you decide you can stay alive without it I would do without for the time being and hope that this doesn't last too long. Also, your husband might want to consider temporarily suspending his assistance to his friends. It won't do his friends any good if your husband gets exposed to the virus. They might need to look at other ways to get assistance so your husband doesn't have to do it.

I know these are hard choices. But you and your husband should make doing what it takes to avoid this virus and potentially saving your lives your one and only priority.
