trump is too stupid to realize how low the death count could have been had he acted correctly, too self-absorbed to consider the pain, grief and misery he could have prevented, completely uncaring about how others suffer from his incompetence, and his quest for 'payback' shows him to be evil in his infliction of pain, injury and even death on others for his own gratification.
