1. Perfect. That's about it. But, what happens when no "tourists" show up?

On positive side, what if several tourists arrive? More questions arise, but the likely answers are depressing.

My lady friend today said that not only will she tell medical people to take no heroic efforts to save me, but she will tell them to make no effort at all. . . . . . .
