There is no way in hell that the vast majority of the country is going to show up for ANY of this "grand re-opening" fever dream that is consuming the GOP...

Trump believes that he can flip a switch and the economy is going to just pop back into existence...it ISN'T GOING TO HAPPEN.

Unless we have serious testing, contact tracing, quarantine of infected individuals and eventually effective treatments and/or a vaccine, social gathering is on hiatus.

Sure, young and stupid people will show up to bars and maybe restaurants or outdoor gatherings....and they will get sick, a few will die too...but they cannot be allowed to wantonly spread the virus and infect others.

Fuck the GOP and their "profits over people" / "give your life to save the economy" bullshit. Fuckers are incorrigible...they really do have their sheep trained to do anything up to and including dying for the sake of Trump not having to admit he was wrong or just flat out being held accountable for horrendous performance in general.
