He's done this repeatedly. He was fun to watch during the BushCheney admin, but there is nothing to be done about his own behavior.
Never understood that, myself, but maybe it's because in my life I never had the wonderful savings a high-paying job presumably allows. Every job I ever had, from the cannery in high school to admin asst for an insane screamer when I was 40, when I departed I shook hands with that employer and smiled. I might have privately thought it would be a cold day in Hell before I'd return -- but you never know.
