They believe a guy was dead for 3 days before he floated up to a city of gold where he lives with all the good people in golden mansions forever.

They have been taught to accept weird shit as long as it furthers the story. The stuff trump sells is no more weird than what the Bible pushes.

They're been brainwashed and it clearly shows.
