Every Federal administrative agency was created by Congress (the voice of We, the People, of the United States) to perform a specific mission. Any President who wants to destroy the administrative state is seeking to destroy the will of the people as expressed through their Congress.

Disgusting, and highly authoritarian—fascist, ultimately.
