17. What exactly is his point? Is he implying George Floyd faked his death?

Or that a 46-yr-old seemingly healthy man just coincidentally dropped dead, but it had nothing to do with a man kneeling on his neck for 9 minutes? How is any of this race-baiting? I'm failing to understand his point on any level.
