8. Organizing and voting are effective while protesting isn't.

Protesting is easy and fast but emotionally satisfying. Voting regularly and organizing are difficult and on the boring side. The former is "instant gratification," a telltale sign that it will fail. The latter is the right thing to do, a more difficult choice to make.

I would be 100% for protests, but only if they worked. They don't.
