...FBI, ATF, and DHS are involved in the Chicago investigation.
They also both said there were credible theories but they can't say anything right now.
Then, both said when the time is right, they'd let everyone know what they learned.
The tone struck me as "they've already figured it out.". Perhaps not, but there was a certitude in their saying they knew it was planned & choreographed.
They also mentioned security footage, but no details.
