"Courts" don't take action

A court is a mechanism for the people to seek Justice.

And there's a complete process that ends with a Prosecutor and/or a Grand Jury indicting and ending with a Jury of 12 impartial Jurors decided his fate.

Speed bumps along the way include change of venue requests and Jury screening.

I personally doubt if a Jury will convict him in ANY purple district Court.
