What Republicans did to Garland was underhanded and illegitimate and this would be correcting that wrong, and correcting the fact that Dems have won the popular vote in 5 of the last 6 elections but Republicans have cheated their way in appointing 4 justices..And “packing the court” isn’t close to underhanded in what we have witnessed with this Administration. There is nothing saying that the SCOTUS has to be 9 justices and has increased/decreased a few times. Democrats need to grow a spine and not worry about the blowback, and unfortunately Democrats like you are going to be reason it’s not going to happen, because you will be counted against it in public opinion polls...if this was wrong then it wouldn’t be in the constitution. And you really think the judiciary is independent now? Please!
