2. There are plenty of statues of Lenin in Russia.

I have seen them personally in St. Petersburg and Moscow. Not only that but Lenin's tomb is a place of national honor on Red Square. Stalin is buried right behind Lenin's mausoleum as well as a host of other Soviet dictators.
