I didn't pursue but does mention insurance reimbursement.

They fed ex'd as stated. You register and take your own swab sample. FDA approved ( I know doesn't mean anything since trump rushed them ). Fed ex it back same day you take swab. When they receive they will text you results w/I 48 hrs.

Hope this isn't against DU rules to post. I just happened upon this. Looks totally legit. Everlywell does other tests too.
