1. The majority of

NPS rangers are not LEOs and only they have any training in crowd control and emergency services. Utah is its own thing and maybe the Bundys are getting ready to cause more trouble with their militia buddies. Ammon was sniffing around here a few weeks ago, held a three day event. He's been camping out in Idaho for a while now and there is probably some shitstorm they are planning in the works. Also, park rangers can transfer or go on detail to another facility, happens a lot. I haven't heard any of this but with Utah, you can never be sure, they have their own local cults going on.
