High humidity makes it feel like around 110. It is hot, but it is July, and it is always hot in the third week of July. I limit my outside work to early mornings and wrap up by around 10:00 AM. Next week we have some rain coming which will lower the temps a few degrees, and a few degrees either way, makes a lot of difference when you are talking high 90s. Our weather will be very hot until late October, we will have a few weeks of cold weather in Dec or Jan, then six months of Spring-like weather, so it all works out.
I enjoyed long days and hot weather when I was younger, but at near 70, my cooling system just does not work as well as it used to, so I spend the hot weather hunkered down in the air conditioning.
