I was going to rake over about a 12 square foot bare area and plant some grass. Stepped out side and said "Nope" and walked back in the house.
I thought my nurse practitioner was going to kill me one day when I told her I spent 14 hours in the hot sun building tree rings.
Her words were...are you suicidal? I said no. Are you drinking a lot of water? Yes I am. Well, you're in your 60's. Your kidney tests show that you have damaged your kidneys. You said you sweat a lot...there is probably no amount of water you can get into you in time that would prevent you from getting dehydrated when you do stupid shit like that. DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE!!!!

Not for nothing but mowing the lawn at noon while it's 99 is probably not a good idea.

It's 105 degrees here in AZ and not even noon yet. When humidity is factored in it's a feel's like
