which are difficult and slow. Since "Citizens United" was a Supreme Court decision, legislation to overturn it isn't possible - the Supreme Court would have to do that. Treason is also defined in the Constitution, as is the presidential pardon power. The real problem is that there are already laws against things like nepotism and corruption, but as long as the DoJ is run by the likes of Bill Barr they won't be enforced. What is really needed is a law that reins in rogue Attorneys General.
