You're right. What they call a strong increase is something we wish for.
The 7 day moving averages of cases is 650.
The have 83 million people. Roughly 8 cases per million people.
The US equivalent would he 2,600 cases. We had more than 54.6k today.
Yes, there are buffoons in that pic, but they're doing 20x what we're doing.
