Global pandemic—over 160,00 Americans dead, and counting. Enduring (mostly peaceful) civil unrest around the entire country (not just riots in major cities as was the case in the 1968 election). Economy in free fall—perhaps 40 million Americans unemployed and perhaps 20 million families soon facing eviction.

This is truly uncharted territory. The idea that any incumbent President could win under these circumstances is ludicrous. Biden should win. If he doesn’t, it will be because the election was stolen.
