1) He's a Trump supporter

2) He thinks Trump's hoax statement is negated because Trump wears a mask once every 2 months. He totally ignores the fact that Trump perpetuated this thing as a hoax for a long period of time, and literally had to be shamed by his staff into wearing one. Not to mention the fact that Trump literally ignored the pandemic until it was far too late.

3) He dodges the question about the demon doctor by stating that there are doctors putting out conflicting information. That's not exactly true, and it is a good example of "whataboutism".

4) He blames "pre-existing conditions" for the death of over 170,000 people. He blames the victims for their own deaths.

5) He doesn't recognize the enormity of 170,000 deaths in a short period of time, let alone not recognizing the immense suffering of many who survive.

It appears to me that the conservative friend was the one who presented "not much of an argument".

I can't find any empathy or moral wrestling at all in the conservative's statements.

That's my go to also. Nevermind, you're too fucking stupid to understand. Nevilledog Aug 2020 #1
