Obviously with a large crowd on the streets it's often hard to tell who's responsible for starting violence. I don't doubt that Donny's boys are staging some of it--with or without Donny's orders--so that Donny can pretend to be the "law and order" candidate who will put a stop to all that "Democrat" violence and get re-elected.
