22. No, I'm really not an OP type person.

But I’ve mentioned it on different threads.

It was no picnic, but as my doctor said it was a “ mild” case. Fever spikes to 102, 103, and 104 before it finally was gone. Never been that sick.

Had it not been for the pandemic, I would have just thought oh, dear, I’ve got a bad flu. I rarely get sick, but I would have just buckled down to ride it out. Wouldn’t have worried too much.

As it was, I was so freaked out, wondering as the fever climbed if something was coming behind it. Other than the debilitating headache, body aches, fatigue and dizziness, the chills and fever - I was lucky. No lung problems, which of course was what frightened me.

No underlying conditions, White, petite, female, good physical shape - and I’ve been staying home since the lockdown. 10 or so days before I got sick, I went to the store. Masked of course, but I’d never seen it so crowded and many without masks. Idiot walked right by me in the checkout line, no mask, laughing and talking loudly on his cell. Who knows. Masks are not magic, but I did everything I could.

I think there’s much they don’t know about this disease.
