Noted, too, is "no prop wash". To me it means a weakness or "fatigue" to fight rotor down wash.

Med Evac flights, sometimes, come in hot. There is a lot of staging going on here.

But, he is sick and they are doing everything possible to make him comfortable. That is what they do.

Now, why wasn't the DPA put into place for PPE for the other 200,000 Americans.
