How many times do we have to hear about these outcomes based on ignorance?

COVID is NOT about beliefs. Medical science is as good as it gets when it comes down to dealing with a pandemic. Their were beliefs that sickness was caused by demons, spells or the Almighty's wrath.

Medical science is NOT a belief system and people easily conflate things and overlay their beliefs on a crises like this, whether it is out of denial, fear, or just plain ignorance about the facts.

If you don't believe in it, COVID-19 really doesn't give a damn about that and denial is not a shield, but masks and social distancing are.
