That is pretty accurate. It is a hallucination. It doesn't/won't exist. He'll find that out Tuesday night, and days later as some states are allowed to actually continue to count legal mail-in votes.

Of course HE will say, "Because it is RIGGED, RIGGED, RIGGED!!!!!!!!!"
