20. Make them all "acting" cabinet heads and take out McConnell's chance to have sham hearings.

Joe Biden should invite the media to perform the oversight that the Senate used to do before the Republican Party destroyed this role. Make it prime time....I would trust the media to do the job more honestly than the hypocritical clowns in the Organized Crime Party who currently inhabit the Senate.
