as a prof, and this level of writing is below the level of an average college freshman — there are major grammatical issues throughout this missive and very strange and stilted phrasing (no M. D. of this level would write something this grotesquely irresponsible in terms of basic medical standards — in addition the striking issues with simple language structure should alarm/alert 99% of readers that something is very very wrong)

“scream Foul” is just one example of a strange misuse of an idiom
“avenge” “with” — also awkward and strange
