32. I did some work in a Federal Women's prison

I was working adjacent to where the new intakes, doing their first day in the prison, were being processed. I could see them through a window. I had never seen so much boohooing in one place in my life and I found myself feeling very sorry for them. I think that daddy's little girl would fit in fine in that spot. It wouldn't talk long for a CO to wipe that smirk off of her face.

I would be happy if the men folk were making little rocks out of big ones at Ft. Leavenworth. It would be the first honest day's work any of them had ever done. A few years of hard labor could build character in the boys.

It would be even sweeter, if they were all in the slammer, but daddy had been pardoned and was playing golf in Florida.
