At what point does 'outdoor dining' become indoor dining?

6. In my parents' retirement community

Outdoors includes:

Actual outdoors
Breezeways between buildings
Sheltered walkways
Screened patios - as long as there is cross-ventilation and the windows are open to allow it to occur.

Indoors visits are prohibited; outdoors visits no longer than 2 hours in duration are permitted (upt to 6 people total, including residents), masked except when actively eating.

YMMV depending on the health order, etc.

So far (crossing my fingers) zero residents have contracted COVID 19.

The upper right picture might satsify the cross-ventilation requirement - it isn't clear. Not sure about the others.

As a practical matter - none of those are safe enough for my risk tolerance.
