7. Is it true that accepting the pardon is equivalent to, or requires,...

...an admission of guilt? Also, since there is no risk of being prosecuted for his crimes, he then can be forced to testify, after Jan 20th, and prosecuted for obstruction if he refuses or is found to be lying yet again?

DU lawyers, what am I missing?
