Trump was bullshitting about the election being a fraud, and Mason was trying to say something (the question had been "just to be clear, sir, if the electoral college votes for Joe Biden, will you concede?" )
Trump starts off "well, if they do, they've made a mistake, because this election was a fraud ...", and puts forth his own BS about more people voting for Biden than Obama in swing states, but not in the others, and he claims that shows it's a fraud (of course, in 2016 he was boasting about how it was concentrating on swing states than he won; and it's simply not true - Biden got a bigger percentage and absolute number of votes than Obama in Massachusetts and California, the first non-swing states I checked).
Trump continues "... so no, I can't say that at all, it's a ..."
Mason: "... you won't ..."
Trump: "... it's a possibility. They're trying to ... Look, between you people ..."
At that point Mason is trying to say something, but it's not loud enough to hear; this is when Trump launches into his temper tantrum "don't talk to me that way". You can hear Mason's "sorry sir" underneath the tantrum, but Trump ignores that.
So, at that point, Trump's answer to to whether he'd concede when the electoral college choose Biden, his answer was "no", then "it's a possibility". Later in the conference, he appeared to change that to "of course", so a reporter pressing him for clarity was pretty damn important.
