Concession is merely a custom and a courtesy, and we all know that Trump doesn't do courtesy. His concession or the lack of it is completely irrelevant. And, as also has been pointed out repeatedly, his term expires at noon on January 20 per the Constitution, and at that time he becomes a private citizen. If he's still occupying the White House and refuses to leave he can be removed by the Secret Service. There's no need to bribe him to concede or to leave; it's a done deal no matter what he does.
