Trump blabbing on about how he wants 2000, so he vetos. If it had been 2000 when it reached him, he'd have demanded a different amount. He is sewing confusion and chaos because that his what assholes like him do. He has nearly a month to finish destroying this country, and I imagine he will use every waking minute to do so.
