During the Senate impeachment trial that -- thanks to McConnell -- will likely be a process controlled by a Democratic majority, and under oath. Yes, it takes 2/3 to convict, but only a simple majority to allow the House managers to subpoena who they want and throw away the claim of Presidential privilege -- that doesn't even exist in an impeachment trial.
