Specifically, here in Germany, it's state-by-state chaos. Here in NRW (Düsseldorf area), Germany's most populous state, we still don't know if or when we'll get vaccinated, with what, or even whom to call. We sure know who NOT to call--and that's everybody we call. Doctors, government, they all say, "no idea, try calling this number...."
