35. How do I know? Did I not just say that Manchin knows his constituents better than you or I?

At the end of the day, people send folks to Congress to represent their interests. Joe Manchin was a very successful governor of WV, before they chose to send him to the US Senate. It would be great if Manchin were more progressive, but that's just not the makeup of WV. They still think coal is the future.
