Day 3 Moderna

9. Hubby and I just signed up for our shots in DE. Not sure if it's Moderna or Pfizer.

Certainly not looking forward to it, but want to get it over with. I had a reaction to the pneumonia shot last year (arm swelled from shoulder to wrist, red itchy rash between shoulder and elbow). Flu shot has always been fine. I'm just coming off a 10-day course of Bactrim for a raging kidney infection, and was on the phone to the medline last night - swollen lymph nodes in neck, a lip that looked like a bad Botox job, and a 99.2 fever). They told me to take 2 Benadryl and monitor. This morning, swelling is down, no fever, but I have a fine red rash over my shoulders, chest, and thighs.

Wish me luck on my first COVID shot on Monday.

Probably shouldn't have scheduled the 2nd on for the day before my B'day....
