1. He is no plumber so can we quit calling him that? Should be "Joe the Plumber's Helper"

One has to earn the right to be called a plumber, pass certain tests, etc. Joe has not done that so he is not a plumber. Wishing to own a plumbing business while working as a plumber's helper does not make one a plumber.

Would we call a Physician's Assistant who wanted to start a medical practice a Medical Doctor? No.
