state of mind myself. Sometimes the injustice seems like too much for me to bear. But then I remind myself that that is exactly what the Koch brother and the entirety of the Republican Party wants: for those of us who oppose them to feel so overwhelmed and hopeless that we give up and stop paying attention and stop trying to block their evil efforts to make this country their own personal cash cow.

And then, like you, I take a break from this forum and from all news media and get out in nature, which is the best way I know of hitting the mental "refresh button."

I would also suggest that you watch interview videos of the heros on our side, especially VP Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Stacey Abrams, Katie Porter, AOC, Elizabeth Warner, Adam Schiff, Pete Buttigieg, Senator Warnock, . . . too many to list! They all inspire hope that good will triumph over evil.
