45. How does that get at those "Bezos Bucks"? It doesn't.

The uber-wealthy have their cash locked away.

Bezos can't even have his income taxed UNLESS he cashes out stock and even then, it's not taxed the same as regular income.

Chasing the income tax thing is like drying out a leaking boat with a q-tip.
