$680K for 68 tent set ups and some porta potties. That's $10K per tent. While I commend anyone for actually DOING SOMETHING to help the homeless, this seems like a lot of dough for a temporary solution. That is fine, but the needs of the temporarily homeless and the chronically homeless are very different. I like what they are doing in Austin for the chronically homeless.
