That people from terrible conditions are showing up at the door of the people that largely have created and contributed to those conditions point to the idea that we are good? We exploit the shit out if these people. We always have. That is the truth of this country. That we have amassed almost all the power and wealth of this country on the back of the oppressed and the exploitation around the globe.
