38. I never have seen anyone complain about getting out of a ticket until this thread.

I get your point, but I find this a bit disingenuous. I’ve gotten out of tickets too. I’ve also gotten tickets. I’ve never felt, “omg, there’s my white privilege at work.” I’ve just been glad as hell to avoid the fine. I really doubt you felt any guilt about getting out of that ticket. Funnily enough, I always knew if I got pulled over by a female cop, I was going to get the ticket. Men were easier to deal with. Of course, I was always polite, and I did what they asked. I find that goes a long way.
