5. I am in my mid 60s and I don't know of any senior who is getting social security or medicare

that doesn't want their children or future generations not to get it. We boomers aren't selffish like that. I don't want generations below us to lose money in the stockmarket. That is what will happen. Many people aren't smart enough to deal with the stockmarket. I told my son who is 32 whatever the case and if given a choice stay with social security. Don't screw putting your money in a 401k or the stocks. Can you see what many people who live on social security alone would do today if our money had been put in the stock market.
